We Value your satisfaction with our products. Please note our policy regarding returns and exchanges:

-No Refunds: We do not offer refunds; however, we gladly accept size exchanges.

-Exchange conditions: Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving the product. Contact us within this timeframe to initiate the exchange process. The Product must be shipped back to us within 6 days. The product must be shipped in the same packaging and returned as it was received.

-Product Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange, shoes must be unworn and undamaged upon return.

 

Shipping Policy:

-We aim to deliver your order promptly. Our standard shipping process for our ready to ship shoes takes 2-3 business days Via USPS Priority Mail.  Processing time: After your order is placed please allow up to 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.
